what is the cheapest way to travel to south korea?
I used this "travel agency" to pay for my tickets. The first time I found them was on ebay I believe a year or so ago and it seemed legit, I even paid through paypal. My tickets came in fine. I started using them and even suggested to one of my friends to use them. Later they changed payment to be sent through xoom. com the tickets still worked after changing it so I didn&t think much of it. Then I sent in about 500 or so dollars to get all of my tickets in march for the coming summer but, once I got to the airport for some weird reason it wasn&t working. I tried contacting them and they tried getting me other tickets but, those didn&t work as well, now I&m out almost 600 dollars, the tickets my aunts bought are over $800 and those don&t work as well. My mothers tickets worked fine but, still not the rest of ours. Now I here that my friends dad used it and lost $800! I feel guilty but, this is not my fault its the people who took the money but, DIDN&T give us workable tickets. but I had vouched for them. Now I&m out tickets, money, and my friendship is rocky. Do I pay her dad since I suggested it to her? but I told her if she wasn&t comfortable with it to not go through with it...What do I do? The people are in Guatemala. Its called Pablucia Travels. I don&t know what to do to get my money back? should I go to the police here in oregon? or should I talk to my bank? I&m totally at a loss. I still have a record of all of my conversations with them in my inbox as well as a name, address, and area they are in, plus they have a site online but, what do I do with that? what can I do? I am planning to go to Phuket in July or August and I want to know where and when I can get the best deals on flights. I am considering using a travel agency, but I think that they just have expensive offers so they can squeeze more money out of people. Then I was also thinking about booking flights online and arranging the whole trip on my own, but I am not sure where and when to book the flights. Also is it better to do this in advance or just last minute - right before I intend to go? I would really appreciate feedback and comments from people who have been to Thailand before and who have done something similar. Thank you. I want to get a cheap flight from London to Phuket and I am only interest in a beach fun, and maybe a one-day trip to Kho Phi Phi. Any recommendations?

my gf and i met online in january, and after a month we met the 1st time, as soon as i saw her, we both hugged and kissed for the fisrt time, with out any uncomfortable feelings, and then just went into hers and told each other how we felt and held each other with out moving for about 4 hours before i had to leave, and at that point i wanted to tell her i loved her, i waited about another 2 months for that, even though i knew she was waiting for it. we have now been together "officially" 5 months, and it had been the best 5 months of my life, we were talking online EVERY night, talking on the phone every other day or so, and was seeing each other every week, to every other week. but lately, with having problems with her mum that i cant even start to understand, she has become really distant. about a month ago she was working for an agency and was sent to the same place her ex of 4 years worked, so they started talking at lunch, and she told me he kept telling her how much he missed her, and wished she would go back with her, even over a year after they broke up. I really do trust her, but its him i dont trust, what got me was they used to dj together and he made her a cd full of songs that they had mixed together. so one week after finishing work i travelled the 110 miles to see her, and i managed to get to hers before she did, so when she pulled up, she was listening to this cd in the car, then when we went in, she took it with her, and then started listening to it in the house, she explained about it being music they made together, then told me stories about the 2 of them. i rarely get any texts from her any more, and she only ever answers the phone late at night now, she keeps telling me her phone is not working right and she needs a new one, so i have sent her a working phone in the post, and should receive it later today when she gets in, and i have talked to her about her ex, but she says she really wants to be friends with him, due to liking his music and wanting to be able to see his daughter that is now about 5, and she helped bring her up for 4 years, but i just dont trust the guy, especially, with the fact that she said he used to hit her when they were together, what should i do?

Because of growth of counterfeiting a lot of companies are making losses. In order to overcome problem of large number of fake goods companies are using more and more sophisticated technologies such as holograms, special inks, watermarking or radio-frequency identification. The most successful method is so called “genetic markers”, made to be incorporated into the packaging or product itself, as well as online “brand-protection” agencies. A treaty called the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) is expected to be released in order to strengthen controls on piracy. There might be a problem to enforce the treaty in China, since 80% of the world’s counterfeit goods are produced there. Basically, the article “The Cost of Europe&s Volcanic-Ash Travel Crisis” from Times, describes the impact of the volcanic ash cloud on the air transport industry. Europe&s biggest tour operator, TUI Travel, is facing losses of $30 million, which is increasing by $9 million a day. According to the ACI group, the volcanic ash cloud has cost European airport around $183 million. Due to the global financial crisis, travel business had bad time and volcano eruption made it even worse. It caused disruptions in global trade, since a lot of goods traded are transported using air planes. Some food and flowers businesses will be affected by the inability to export their product. It may impact especially Spain which export large amount of products and Kenyan growers that are facing a loss of about $2 million a day.
